INTENDED USE:

UNIEPAL-DREW SPECIAL FR is a one-component varnish based on alkyl resins with the additionof modifiers and flame retardants. The product is designed for protection of woodand wood-based surfaces, except floors. UNIEPAL-DREW-SPECIAL FR protects wood against atmospheric conditions. It can be used outdoors and indoors in residential and public spaces.

Products coated with UNIEPAL- DREW SPECIAL FR varnish in an amount of at least 200 g/m² are classified in terms of the degree of flammability (reaction to fire class):

• as difficult to ignite (B-s1, d0) - wood of any type (except exotic wood) and wood-based products with a thickness of at least 12 mm

UNIEPAL-DREW SPECIAL FR varnish should be applied only on surfaces made of raw woodwith a relative moisture content not exceeding 20%. The substrate must be dry, free fromgrease, dirt, dust, and other contaminants. Surfaces made of oak wood additionally requireapplication of nitrocellulose or alcohol primer.

APPLICATION:

UNIEPAL-DREW SPECIAL FR is intended for use in Type X use category environments– all conditions: internal, semi-exposed, exposed (temperature, precipitation, humidity, UV radiation).
