UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA 1-K:

is a single-component, water-based polyurethane varnish with the addition of modifiers and flame-retardant agents.

The product is intended for protecting and decorating wooden and wood-based surfaces, including floors. It can be used indoors in residential and public utility spaces.

The varnish has enhanced abrasion resistance, which allows it to be used on flooring, parquet, stairs, and furniture in public utility areas.

Products coated with UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA 1-K in a quantity of at least 200 g/m² have been classified in terms of fire resistance (fire reaction class):

• AS NON-FLAMMABLE (B-s1, d0)
  wood of all types (except exotic wood) and wood-based products with a thickness of at least 12 mm
• AS DIFFICULT TO IGNITE (Bfl-s1)
  flooring made of wood of all types (except exotic wood) with a thickness of at least 12 mm.

and in terms of fire spread (for internal elements and exterior walls from the inside):

• AS NON-SPREADING FIRE (NRO)
  wood of all types (except exotic wood) and wood-based products with a thickness of at least 12 mm

APPLICATION:

UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA 1-K should be applied only to surfaces made of raw wood with a relative humidity not exceeding 20%. The substrate must be dry, free from grease, dirt, dust, and other contaminants. Any existing coatings should be removed.
Application can be done with a brush, roller, or spray method.

USE:

UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA 1-K is intended for use in environments with a service category of Type Z2 – indoor conditions, with humidity below 85% R.H., excluding temperatures below 0 ºC.
